DESCRIPTION:\nHow to carry out a project with a maximally engaged and motivated team?\n\nWe are pleased to invite you to the event, which will take place on Wednesday, December 6, at 5 p.m. in the premises of Unija Računovodska hiša d.d., Tržaška cesta 515. Our guest will be Jaka Oman, who will share his knowledge about connection while working on projects, project management and achieving the state of flow, which represents the optimal state of consciousness.\n\nGood energy, motivation and high commitment of the project team is something that every project manager wants and it is something that the manager can influence. There is a lot going on in the field of psychology and neurobiology behind our productivity and satisfaction with working on a particular project. The state of flow when we are most satisfied and productive is just one of the things that we certainly want the most and is something that has almost certainly shaped your best executed projects. But that's not all. In order to achieve the flow state of individuals and the group flow state of the entire team, it is necessary to respect certain laws related to skills and abilities, flow triggers and the flow cycle.\n\nThese very tools will be presented at the event in the context of project management and will help you on your way to better executed projects in the future.\n\n\nJaka Oman ( https://www.linkedin.com/in/jaka-oman-17821723/ ) has dedicated his entire life to finding the flow state, although he didn't know it until 2020. He is the founder of Resna igra, the first Flow Research Collective certified flow coach in Slovenia and an experienced LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator who has already taken his knowledge of flow and Lego bricks to 8 countries in the region at more than 120 workshops. He has already worked with several project managers and teams in various industries (events, product/service development, creative, pharmaceutical and IT).\n\n\nDon't miss the opportunity to gain insight into the key elements of successful project management and discover how the flow state can contribute to exceptional project achievements.
