PM4Real November 2021: Agile Way of Working in Hybrid/Remote Work Model

Join us, on the next PM4Real event on Thursday, 18th November 2021, at 5 pm to explore agile way of working in hybrid/remote work model on a real project example in pandemic times. The presentation of the topic and discussion will be led by Suzana Rakovič. We will meet online on Zoom.

Agile Project Management Approach

The pandemic is shifting everyone's perception of how we approach work. Over the past year and half the whole world has woken up to the fact that working from home is viable, and we are seeing more flexibility from clients about incorporating homeworking into our delivery model. In Endava, we are enabling our teams to both work from home and from an office, to get the best of both worlds – we call it the hybrid work model.

Let's explore through a real Agile project example, how a delivery team works using the hybrid work model, what challenges we have, how we overcome the lack of in-person interaction and collaboration. Be ready to hear more on the Agile delivery model we are using as well.

Suzana Rakovič is a dedicated Product Owner and Senior Business Analyst with 25+ years of experience in Tech Industry. She left a mark on variety of projects for Airline, Payment, e-Commerce, Gaming, Mobile solutions, ERP Systems, Banking, Retail domains, etc. On projects, she is mainly in role of a Business Analyst, Project manager or Product Owner. She is an expert for leading agile teams to deliver on time while creating backlog out of chaos. She has experience working with different delivery models (waterfall / agile), in distributed teams, including multiple suppliers, in different work models: onsite, hybrid and fully remote - collaborating across time zones.

The event will be held in English for an international audience. Otherwise, will be conducted in Slovene.
