How To Manage People's Side Of Projects
We all know different project management methodology. However, they are mostly focused on the technical (not technological) side of a project - what tasks, when and how we must run to successfully deliver the project. But what about the people? A lot of projects are bringing value which can be obtained only if affected people change how they work. How do we manage this side of the project? How can we convince people to do their job differently and help the project succeed?
Let’s find out how each person understands change and what steps we must take to bring him or her from current to future state and secure the project success.
Peter Dolenc has more than 15 years of experience in projects implementation, introducing new products, concepts and solutions, and leading and developing teams.
