We invite you to the event, which will take place on Monday, March 24, 2025, at 5:00 PM at the One 66 Hotel, Celovška cesta 166, 1000 Ljubljana. The event will be held exclusively live. You can park in the Aleja shopping center. Our guest will be Tina Cipot, who has several years of experience in strategic communication with a twenty-year career in corporate, crisis and internal communication, and sustainability management.
Every project needs good communication – not only within the team, but also externally, to stakeholders, colleagues and the wider public. Clear, structured and timely communication is crucial to the success of a project, as it ensures alignment of goals, understanding of expectations and support from all involved.
In this session, we will explore how to strategically communicate about a project throughout its phases – from initial planning to completion. We will learn about effective approaches and tools for conveying key information, ways to tailor messages to different stakeholders, and the importance of transparency and consistency in communication.
In addition, we will look at practical examples that illustrate how good communication contributes to the successful implementation of projects, and vice versa - what can happen if project communication is not carried out on time or properly. We will learn to recognize and prevent communication blockages, manage misinterpretations, and build trust between all involved.
Whether you are leading a small project or a large strategic initiative, the skills you gain will help you better manage expectations, reduce risks, and increase the likelihood of success.
