We invite you to the event, which will take place on Thursday, April 25, 2024, at 17:00. hours in premises A1, Ameriška ulica 4, 1000 Ljubljana. Our guest will be Peter Dolenc, who has more than 15 years of experience in implementing projects, introducing new products, concepts and solutions, and managing and developing teams.

The operation was successful, the patient died? A successfully completed project is no guarantee that the organization will achieve the set value and attract and satisfy key stakeholders. In the interactive workshop, we will explore how the disciplines of change management and project management are crucially related to each other. How to involve and activate the affected individuals so that when changes are introduced, they will be active, interested and qualified to use them? We will explore the Prosci methodology, the world's leading change management methodology, and see how its use can affect the ultimate success of a project.

About the lecturer:

Peter Dolenc has more than 15 years of experience in implementing projects, introducing new products, concepts and solutions, and managing and developing teams. He successfully led the transformation in several Slovenian companies, where his main competence was always the ability of companies to accept, introduce and implement changes. In the international corporations Microsoft and Oracle, he was responsible for the introduction of new concepts at the local level and their implementation on the Slovenian market. He specializes in project management using both classic and agile project management methods, which he successfully upgrades with the Prosci change management methodology and the ADKAR personal change model.
