Loving leadership will be the topic of the February's edition of PM4Real, happening on Thursday, February 20, 2025, at 5 p.m. in the premises of Outfit7, Ekipa2 subsidiary, Ameriška ulica 8, 2nd floor, in Ljubljana. Our guest will be Janže Račečič, Senior Director of Product and mentor to other managers.

The intention of the workshop is to discover how to connect with people and lead projects based on loving leadership through the prism of the mirror. We will go on a journey of remembering our unique selves. We will showcase the importance of imagination and choice, talk about cycles, challenges and paradoxes we find in our daily work.

loving leadership

I am Janže Račečič and I work as Senior Director of Product at Outfit7 (Ekipa2 subsidiary) where I manage and lead UX design and UX research team, among others. I facilitate management topics for the Product department and mentor other managers. In the past I worked as a Principal Lead UX Designer, and I led the RnD team. I started my career in the USA, as a designer in a startup called Reevel, and continued as design lead in various companies in the tech insurance and finance industry. After return to Europe, I withdrew from the corporate world and embarked on an independent path as a designer, where I mainly worked in the field of SaaS projects and mobile applications in Berlin, London and Copenhagen.

When I returned to Slovenia, before Outfit7 (Ekipa2 subsidiary) I worked at D.Labs and as a consultant for Triglav and several start-ups. As much as I'm interested in design, I'm interested in people and leadership. At the moment, at Outfit7 (Ekipa2 subsidiary), I am devoting myself to the development of the Loving Leadership framework. I am a strong advocate of work life balance and also balance between individual, project and the business itself.

The Loving Leadership workshop will be held in Slovenian and is open to the general public. Since intention of PM4Real events is also networking, we invite you to stay a bit longer after the event to get to know each other. The event will also be broadcast via Zoom, so those who are unable to attend the live meeting are also welcome.
